The Land use Division Director coordinates the efforts of the Building Department, the Planning Department and the Site Development Department – as well as working with other County Divisions.

PERMIT APPLICATION SUBMITTAL HOURS
 8am-9:30am                  No Appointment Needed
 9:30am-3:30pm             Appointment Recommended in order for staff to be available to review and accept permit
                                       applications for review.
 Note:  Incomplete submittals may be refused until all required items can be received together
             APPROVED PERMIT PICK-UP HOURS
 
8am-4pm                       Permits require 20-30 minutes to issue and review permit and inspection requirements
