Invitation for Bids Clear Creek County is soliciting sealed bids for Phase IV of the remodeling the County owned building at 405 Argentine Street in Georgetown, CO. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 26, 2010 at 10:00 am at the subject site. Sealed bids will be received by Clear Creek County until 4:30 pm on Monday, April 12, 2010 at the offices of Clear Creek Technical Services, Inc., 1402 Argentine Street in Georgetown, CO. Electronic project documents are on or about March 24, 2010 on the Clear Creek County website (www.co.clear-creek.co.us). Hardcopies of the project documents will be made available at the mandatory pre-bid conference on March 26, 2010. The project includes complete renovation and reconfiguration of interior floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces and other work, including electrical, plumbing, and commercial HVAC.
