Renovations
to the Administrative Offices – Phase I
Clear Creek
County Courthouse
Clear Creek County invites qualified firms to be considered for
General Contractor services to build the renovations to the County Attorney
Office Area within the upper level of the Clear Creek County Courthouse,
located at 405 Argentine Street in Georgetown, Colorado.
The work consists of partition relocation and modifications to accommodate new
office configurations, updates to the electrical circuitry, communications
wiring updates, minor modifications to and balancing of the HVAC system,
installation of a fire sprinkler system, and new finishes including carpet,
paint, and built-in storage. The work is expected to be performed in two short
phases to minimize disruption of the building occupants. The budget for the
construction is approximately $70,000.
Construction has been scheduled to begin in early February 2010, with
substantial completion by mid March 2010.
Project
documents are expected to be available as of January 19, 2010. Qualified and
interested firms must attend a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING on January 20, 2010 at
10:00 a.m. at 405 Argentine Street in Georgetown, Colorado.

Additional
submittal information regarding submittal requirements will be provided at the
pre-bid meeting. Clear
Creek County
and their representatives intend to interview 2 to 3 candidates after reviewing
the submitted information. The selected
firm will be asked to negotiate a contract with Clear Creek
County for construction
services.
