Clear Creek County

Clear Creek County is soliciting sealed bids for the remodeling the County owned building at 403 Argentine Street in Georgetown, CO. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 12, 2010 at 10:00 am at the subject site. Sealed bids will be received by Clear Creek County until 4:30 pm on Monday, February 22, 2010 at the offices of Clear Creek Technical Services, Inc., 1402 Argentine Street in Georgetown, CO.

Electronic project documents are available beginning on February 10, 2010 on the Clear Creek County website ( www.co.clear-creek.co.us ). Hardcopies of the project documents will be made available at the mandatory pre-bid conference on February 12, 2010. The project includes complete renovation of interior floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces and other work, including a handicapped accessible entrance.
