“Lot Combination”, Section 1503 of Article 15 of the Clear Creek County Subdivision Regulations is intended to eliminate real property boundaries between two or more parcels to result in one larger parcel.
Notice is Hereby Given that the combination of Lots 380, 381, 397 and 398 of Saint Mary’s Subdivision, Unit 3, resulting in one larger parcel has been proposed to the Board of County Commissioners.
Further Notice is Hereby Given that the Board of County Commissioners will convene a public hearing for approval, disapproval, or approval with conditions of the Lot Combination application at a MEETING scheduled on March 12, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room at the Clear Creek County Courthouse, located at 405 Argentine Street, Georgetown, Colorado.
