The Planning Commission will hold two Public Hearings to consider two separate revisionsto the Clear Creek County Zoning Regulations for the unincorporated area of Clear Creek County on Wendesday, March 21, 2012, AT 6:30 P.M. at the Idaho Springs City Hall Building, 1711 Miner St., Idaho Springs, CO. Revisions include; 1) To allow and make provisions for “Mass Gatherings” in certain zoning districts, and 2) To allow and make provisions for “Distributed Solar Energy Systems” in certain zoning districts.
Subsequently, the County Commissioners will hold two Public Hearings to consider the Planning Commission’s recommendations on such revisions on MONDAY, April 9, 2012, AT 9:00 A.M. and AT 9:30 A.M. at the Commissioners’ Hearing Room in the County Courthouse, 405 Argentine St., Georgetown, CO.
