NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following amendment to the Clear Creek County Zoning Maps has been proposed to the Board of County Commissioners, Clear Creek County, State of Colorado:

Existing Zoning: Recreational Vehicle Park (RVP)
Request: Request to rezone the subject property from Recreational Vehicle Park (RVP) to Commercial – Light Manufacturing (C-LM) to accommodate a research facility for testing automobiles at high altitudes and extreme conditions.
Acreage: + 2.014 acres
The COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION will convene a public hearing to formulate a recommen¬dation for approval, conditional approval, or disapproval of the Rezoning request at its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 6:30 P.M. at the Idaho Springs City Hall, 1711 Miner Street, Idaho Springs, CO 80452, where and when all parties may appear and be heard.
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARING: Friday, December 20, 2013 at 9:00 AM in the Commissioners' Hearing Room at the Clear Creek County Court¬house, SIXTH and ARGENTINE Streets, GEORGETOWN, COLORADO, where a final decision will be made.
