PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for public ways review has been submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, Clear Creek County, State of Colorado:
Request: Request to make various improvements to the Idaho Springs Ballfield Complex, including replace lighting and irrigation systems, replace fencing and dugouts, and install a new multi-use pavilion
Location: 2 CR 314, Idaho Springs, CO 80452
Legal Description: A portion of the SW ¼, Sec. 31, T3S, R72W, 6th P.M.
Public Hearing: The Clear Creek County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 18th day of April, 2012, at 6:30 pm to consider this public ways review application at the Idaho Springs City Hall, 1711 Miner Street, Idaho Springs, CO 80452, where and when all parties may appear and be heard.
All Planning Commission public hearings are subject to change and/or may be continued to another date. No further notification of meeting dates will be mailed out by the Planning Department. Therefore, please contact the Planning Department to determine if this case has been continued or the meeting date has been changed.
