Notice is hereby given that a request for whether a ‘Finding of No Significant Impact’ (FONSI) is warranted or that a full 1041 Permit is required, pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes (CRS) 24-65.1, and Chapter 3 of the Clear Creek County Guidelines and Regulations for Matters of State Interest
Proposal: To perform enhancement to the existing water conveyance structures associated with the closed and reclaimed URAD Mine facilities in Woods Creek Valley.
Location: Located in the Woods Creek Valley on property owned by Climax Molybdenum Company, Berthoud Falls
Legal Description: Located in Section 20, T3S, R75W, 6th P.M.
Zoning: Mining One (M-1)
