Minor Plan Amendment Case No. PDA2012-0001
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a minor plan amendment application to amend the Easter Seals Official Development Plan, Rezoning Case #147, has been submitted to the County. Objections may be filed by any affected party and must be submitted in writing to the Planning Department within fourteen (14) calendar days of this publication. A minor plan amendment is an administrative process. However, if an objection cannot be resolved between parties the case will be heard before the Board of County Commissioners who will approve, approve with conditions, or deny the proposed amendment in a public hearing.
Property Location/Legal Description: The subject property is located at 2644 Alvarado Road, Georgetown, CO 80444, also described as a portion of Sections 26, 27, and 34 of Township 3 South, Range 74 West of the 6th P.M., County of Clear Creek, State of Colorado.
Proposed Amendment: The applicants request a Minor Plan Amendment to the Ester Seals Handicamp Official Development Plan in order to construct an accessible restroom in closer proximity to their program areas (fishing pond, sports court, and horse arena). The proposed building is a single story structure that is approximately 450 sq ft and will contain 2 toilets, 2 restroom sinks, and 1 fish cleaning area with an ADA compliant sink.
