Finding of No Significant Impact Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a request has been received whether a ‘Finding of No Significant Impact’ (FONSI) is warranted or that a full 1041 Permit is required, pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes (CRS) 24-65.1, and Chapter 3 of the Clear Creek County Guidelines and Regulations for Matters of State Interest
Applicant: Colorado Department of Transportation; Janet Gerak, Environmental Project Manager
Proposal: To improve roadway pavement and widths of Clear Creek County Road 314 in order to increase connectivity and enhance safety that will serve as a safe alternative to travel on I-70 for local traffic, and to add bicycle, pedestrian, and recreation access. The proposal is divided into two (2) phases of which one phase is planned for construction at this time.
Location: Portions of County Road 314 which is located between I-70 Exit 241 and Exit 243.
