[ARCHIVED] Clear Creek Combined Courts Decreased Service

The Clear Creek Combined Courts will continue to be open to provide essential public safety service. Essential public safety matters include: (1) temporary civil protection orders; (2) child welfare and family emergencies; (3) advisement and bond hearings for persons in custody; (4) extreme risk protection orders; (5) emergency mental health, guardianship and conservator orders; and (6) other emergency matters as determined in the discretion of the judges. All clerk’s office windows shall remain open to receive filings. We will operate during normal business hours.

Except for matters concerning public safety, all matters scheduled from March 17 through April 3, 2020, are cancelled and continued until April 6, 2020 or after. All parties should contact the court at (303) 569-0820 for rescheduling. This includes all jury trials scheduled to commence between now and April 3, 2020. Anyone receiving a jury summons should contact the jury commissioner at the phone number on the summons. Any person that appears for a scheduled matter that is not a public safety issue will be given a new court date.
