The property type on the Assessor’s website is not the same as the zone district. Please send an email to planning@clearcreekcounty.us or phone (303) 679-2436, or fax (303) 569-1103 with a legal description and/or tax schedule number, and the last name of property owner for the property in question to verify your zone district. The County zoning maps may be viewed on-line

Section 1008.1 Junk of the Zoning Regulations states No owner, agent, or occupant of any property shall be allowed to accumulate junk, including any incomplete, extensively damaged, or unlicensed vehicles, within view from adjacent private property or public rights-of-way.
