ADA Website Accessibility Remediation In Progress

Date: June 30, 2025

Clear Creek County is actively working toward compliance with Colorado House Bill 21-1110, which requires all state and local government digital content to meet accessibility standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by July 1, 2025.

In accordance with these requirements, older, non-compliant documents have been temporarily removed from our public website as of June 30, 2025. We are currently reviewing and remediating content to conform to the WCAG 2.1, Level AA standards.
