Commercial River Outfitters

Clear Creek County Government regulates the use of County Land by Commercial River Outfitters under the authority of Resolution Number 17-21. The County, through the issuance of a license to qualified commercial river outfitters, wishes to provide the opportunity for commercial river outfitters to use county land to facilitate river-running, canoeing, and kayaking. Issuance of a license is required before using county land can occur within the unincorporated area of Clear Creek County.
